David Silipigno is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and humanitarian whose aim is to enhance the lives of the underprivileged children in Saratoga County and its outlying communities. David Silipigno has also co-produced a movie The Skeptic which was filmed in New York theaters on the 1st of May, 2009. The movie is directed by Tennyson Bardwell, and it is a combination of both horror and psychological thriller. It was liked by the audience.
