David Silipigno started off as an entrepreneur at an age of nineteen and by the time he reached at his mid 20's, he had more than 600 employees working for him. He is one of those few people who utilized the concept of telemarketing in order to originate mortgages. This approach helped him in building two successful businesses and at the height of the marketplace his marketing firm was taking 30000 mortgage leads per month all across the country. He is the executive producer of the movie titled "The Skeptic". Directed by Tennyson Bardwell under the banner of Saratoga Studios, it was appreciated by the audience for its perfect combination of horror and thriller. He is also the founder and/or consultant of five business areas namely Saratoga Venture Capital, Industry Partners Title, First Guarantee Mortgage, The Principal Commercial, and Saratoga Studios.

David Silipigno has been honored many times for his dedication towards the upliftment of poor and underprivileged children the betterment of society. He received "The Spirit of Service" award on March 7, 2009 by John and Christine Colley, who had previously chaired The Arthritis Foundation.
