David Silipigno is a famous businessman, philanthropist and humanitarian from Saratoga County. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and has studied from Shenendehowa High School and Albany University. He established the David B. David Silipigno is also an executive producer of the movie The Skeptic and it was released in May in New York.
